During my time at Prada Copenhagen, I held a multifaceted role focused on management support, team training, operational coordination, and business reporting.

  • Working closely with store leadership, I provided day-to-day administrative assistance, helped manage meetings and retail visits, and acted as the liaison between the head office and the store, ensuring clear and efficient internal communication.

  • I led and facilitated training activities across a range of focus areas including visual merchandising, onboarding, selling strategies, SOPs, service, and new collections. A key part of my role was ensuring that operational standards were consistently met and that the team felt well-supported and well-informed across all product categories. I also coordinated the retail CRM system to align with head office priorities and improve client experience.

  • In the area of business reporting, I created detailed sales reports and presentations for area managers and buyers, offering insights into collection performance and suggesting improvements to stock availability and assortment. This supported effective decision-making and enhanced in-store execution.
