Working with the CooperSurgical Fertility Solution teams in Denmark and the UK has been an inspiring experience. Based in the Marketing Communications department, I collaborated closely with communications managers and external vendors to support communications and marketing efforts.
Content Localisation: led the localisation of approved marketing materials and managed communications with translation agencies and internal teams to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Digital Assets Management: maintained the digital marketing library and ensured accurate content management, user training and compliance.

Stakeholder Coordination: managed a global network of internal stakeholders and vendors, ensuring seamless execution of marketing communications initiatives.

Customer Insights & Analysis: organised the annual customer satisfaction surveys in collaboration with an external agency, and coordinated a series of meetings to provide key insights to the global leadership team.
