Content Development: advised internal departments and developed engaging communications solutions for SharePoint and Viva Engage that aligned with communications priorities and company-wide strategy.
Leadership Communication: designed presentations, created meeting summaries and timelines, and assisted in leadership communication training sessions.
Project Coordination: coordinated meetings and communication materials development and launch, and supported key stakeholder communication training during the company-wide transition from SharePoint to Viva Engage. Managed the communication with internal teams and external vendors and maintained project documentation and visuals libraries.
Internal Coordination: assisted in town halls, leadership AMAs and product launches, and ensured smooth collaboration between vendors and HQ teams. Managed office supplies, printing house collaboration and external catering for the Internal Communications department.
Performance Monitoring: tracked and analysed internal communications effectiveness, gathered feedback and presented solutions in Internal Communications meetings.
